I have meatballs and some Oat thickened cooking cream. I'm going to have a crack at making Swedish meatballs so I can used both of them without eating pasta again so soon.
If these turn out alright we can have Ikea meatballs at home.

It's looking like a greeble free day so far. Sun shining. Saw the moon on the way to work (does anyone else habitually stop and say "hello moon" every time?) about to have coffee number 3. One more meeting then I get quiet time to do my actual job...
