My boyfriend admits that his blog pool needs some work. He's been asking me for my take on certain posts by authors who have literally been named "Chief Neoliberal Shill" of the year ๐Ÿ˜ but my praxis isn't good enough. I do Breadtube more for this kind of thing so was wondering if you guys can recommend some well researched/balanced blogs to follow for socialist and marxist takes on current events. Thanks

Not all necessarily Marxist/socialist but good jumping points for deprogramming a lib:

Naked Capitalism

Moon of Alabama

Current Affairs (yeah some bad hot takes on Marxism but the presentation is good for swaying libs)

Institute for New Economic Thinking (not always left wing but does challenge orthodox economics)

VoxEU (not affiliated with that Vox; similar in content to the above)
