When four different women accuse you of rape, the "allegedly" is unlikely needed.
Edit: after reading the article, they can all go die horribly and the world will be a better place. Allegedly ;)
I don't think the number matters, but whether or not it actually happened.
Doesn't matter what the courts or the crowd think.
