I am tired of renting it. This doesn't feel safe

Owning a home can have similar issues, where the boiler, pipes, roof, septic tank, etc. can all need to be replaced at random times, and they can be suddenly very expensive. Ultimately with renting you have the flexibility to go to an entirely new market if the juice stops being worth the squeeze in your area.

By the mere fact that renting out a house is profitable means that you as a renter can already afford these and you're buying them for someone else. You can also sell a house. When buying a new one you'll only be taxed if the new house is chapter than the previous ๐Ÿคท
