Unable to load posts from lemmy.world (lemmy.world)

My main account from sh.itjust.works is unable to load posts from any community from lemmy.world. At first I figured this was an issue with the sh.itjust.works instance, but I created a second account and everything loads fine. And as soon as I switch to the other user, all posts disappear again. Can a user be banned from an entire instance? If so, what in the world could I have done to deserve that? How would I get to the bottom of what happened? I don't see anything about my account in the lemmy.world or sh.itjust.works modlogs.
