Why make a seperate sub from !vrchat@lemmy.world?
Having one Lemmy instance hosting a large amount of subs or community members will negatively impact the health of the fediverse as a whole.
I made this separately because I am a firm believer in the long term use and growth of Lemmy as a federated social media, and I would like to see it stick around for years to come. This is also why I have my personal account on sh.itjust.works instead of Lemmy.world

also I joined one of their community meetup events, and watching someone just walk down a spiral staircase IRL in VR with absolutely no occlusion or wonkeyness just completely sold me on getting them. Absolutely wild that this technology exists.
btw I have no affiliation with Fluxpose, though I wish I did, I spent over $700 pre ordering them today, AND THEYRE NOT EVEN SHIPPING TILL 2027 😭😭😭
PLUS another $30 for feet straps because I want better ones, but I'm not gonna spend money on those till I actually get the trackers.
