Absolutely this. Sadly these days hard work is very rarely rewarded!

The ones round here that are fixed are done so poorly that they usually need doing again within a year!

Yeah I think this is a big one for me.

I come back after a major patch or every 6 months and its all changed again! Which is good as it keeps it fresh, but the tutorial is very lacking on the changes.

Well theres no deterrent these days.
