The people that I have quarantined in a zone which I have complete control over (water, food, passage, electricity) have taken hostages with their terror group so I responded by cutting off resources and bombing them to the stone age, AITA?
Ed: I also may have taken the land around them to make a settlement originally, which contributed to mass exodus and the terror group forming
Ed 2: I may also have been killing innocent people there indiscriminately for decades, including UN correspondents, Red Cross members, and diplomats
