• An issue where N Corp. E.G.O::Contempt, Awe Ryōshū using "I Shall Fire / Anytime" doesn't activate the following effect: "[Combat Start] Atk Weight +1 for every 3 Torn Memory on self (max 2)

• An issue where N Corp. E.G.O::Contempt, Awe Ryōshū using "I Shall Fire/Anytime" doesn't activate the "[After Attack] If this unit has 7 Torn Memory at Combat Start, lose them all and heal 20 SP on self" effect if N Corp. E.G.O::Contempt, Awe Ryōshū lives after the attack

• An issue where using the base illustration(character art prior to Uptie 3) while using Skill 3 causes the illustration cut-in to look misaligned

• (EN Only) An issue where N Corp. E.G.O::Contempt, Awe Ryōshū's Skill "Awe, Contempt" labels its empowered Skill by an incorrect name

• An issue where using 'Takeoff Module - ID Uptie / Takeoff Module - E.G.O Spinning' could cause certain UI elements to malfunction

• An issue where certain nodes do not show the "Warning" tags in nodes such as Elite Battle nodes

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have identified an issue where Ver. 1.86.0, updated Sep.11, cannot be downloaded even after deployment.

After investigation, we confirmed that there has been some delay in the iOS Store Update, so please try again at a later time.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and we'll be sure to share a separate update notice as soon as we can confirm that the update button has become available.

Description: The Project Moon Anniversary Exchange is a fan event aiming to celebrate the anniversary of the studio (November 18th) with new fan creations. This exchange doesn't take place on a specific platform: I will communicate with you mainly by email (other solutions can be discussed), and you'll have to post your creation somewhere accessible without an account to ensure your recipient can see it even if you don't share a platform.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

After the Sep. 4th Scheduled Update, we have identified an issue where certain managers encountered download pop-ups, or had their "Drive" or "Extract" buttons on the bottom right corner of the screen malfunction.

[ Issues Identified ]

• After the Sep. 4th Scheduled Update, 22byte update would occur repeatedly
• After the Sep. 4th Scheduled Update, clicking the bottom right corner of the screen (Drive, Extract, etc) would cause the download pop-up to occur repeatedly

[ Identified Cause ]

• Our network service system malfunctioned after the deployment of the Scheduled Update (Sep. 4th 14:00~14:15 (KST))
• This issue occurred for users who accessed the game during the network service system malfunction

[ Solution ]

• This issue was resolved by resetting the cache data of the network service system (Sep. 8th (MON) 10:30 (KST))

This issue occurred after the network service malfunction post-update, and we were informed by the service provider representative that the service malfunction has been resolved.

Then, we reset the resource data of all managers who were unable to access the game, and resolved the issue where the download pop-up appeared repeatedly.

We sincerely apologize for the delayed identification and resolution of the issue, and will try our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible, should the same issue occur in the future.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this connection issue.

[Bug Fixes & Improvements]

• Adjusted a certain "Achievement" completion condition for the "Spring Cultivation" Minigame

• Before : Take every teacher's class. [X/13]

• After : Take every teacher's class. [X/12]

[Additional information regarding EXTREME Mode]

As shared in the MD Parallel Superposition EXTREME Changes & Update Schedule Notice, the "Multiplies the amount of E.G.O Resources consumed when using E.G.O Skills" Adversity is currently not selectable.

Therefore, certain MD Achievements are currently incompletable as of now in Ver. 1.85.2.

[ Achievements incompletable in Ver. 1.85.2 ]

• Select 1 or more "Ego Interference" and clear the Mirror Dungeon
• Clear the Mirror Dungeon at 50+ Adversity Score
• Clear all Achievements

※ As of Ver. 1.85.2, the highest achievable Adversity Score is 45.

As shared in our previous notice, we will be adjusting the logic to affect only the E.G.O Resource consumption multiplication and nothing else before adding it back to the game, and the above Achievements will be completable once that change is deployed.

We will share a more concrete schedule with you via a separate notice when they are applied.

We sincerely apologize for the missing information and the lack of detail in our previous notice. We will try to deploy these changes as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience that may come from these.

[ Planned Changes ]
Certain aspects of "Adversity" will be adjusted at a later date.

[ Adversity with Planned Changes ]
Multiplies the amount of E.G.O Resources consumed when using E.G.O Skills

This Adversity's sole purpose was to increase the difficulty within Mirror Dungeons.
However, we realized that this Adversity would affect certain E.G.O Gifts' functions, causing them to work in unintended ways.

Therefore, this Adversity will be disabled for the Sep. 4th update, and will be added back to the game after its logic is adjusted to affect only the E.G.O Resource consumption multiplication and nothing else.

※ The other Adversities are working as intended.

[ Planned Content ]
After the Parallel Superposition EXTREME Mode release, new bosses will be added to the mode.

[ Content ]
Several powerful enemies whom the manager had clashed with in the past will now spawn as new boss enemies.
Starting from Floor 11, there will be a small chance for them to invade a preexisting dungeon node to activate a battle encounter.

However, as it takes time to customize those boss enemies for the environments of the Mirror Dungeon, and applying all of them to the Mirror Dungeon at the same time could cause delays, we are planning to update the preexisting enemies first with the Sep. 4th update, with the new bosses coming with a future update.

We will share a more detailed information via a notice when the new bosses are updated.

To all users who have been looking forward to fighting the new bosses in the EXTREME mode, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We will apply these changes and complete the update as soon as possible to provide a better gameplay experience.

How can I cancel / cancel my purchase / get a refund?

[ Original Text ]

• If it has been within 14 days since your purchase, and if you have not claimed the product(s) from your Inbox, we can assist you with your cancellation request.
  However, we will be unable to process your cancellation in the following circumstances.
  (1) 14 days have passed since the purchase
  (2) If the product has been claimed from the inbox
  (3) If the product is an item that is used immediately upon purchase (e.g. Season Pass)

[ Corrected Text ]

• If it has been within 7 days since your purchase, and if you have not claimed the product(s) from your Inbox, we can assist you with your cancellation request.
  However, we will be unable to process your cancellation in the following circumstances.

[ Cause for Correction ]
We realized that, according to the actual terms of service, cancellation is possible only within 7 days of your purchase, whereas the FAQ incorrectly labeled it as 14 days. Therefore, we have updated the FAQ to align with the actual terms of service.

For the managers who have sent in a cancellation request prior to this correction notice, but haven't yet had their purchase refunded: if their purchase was made 7~14 days ago, we will make an exception by withdrawing the items from their Inbox and processing the refund.

We would like to inform you that some of the issues mentioned in our previous notice will be applied to the AOS version of the game.

As for the iOS version of the game, as it requires a separate submission for market review after correcting the internal logic that caused the issue, it cannot be fixed immediately with this hotfix.

If you are playing on iOS, please use the PC(STEAM) version of the game until this issue is resolved.

If the update has been properly deployed, version info displayed on the bottom right corner of the screen in the title menu will show "Ver. 1.85.1."

[ Details Regarding the Hotfix List ]

We have identified an issue where, on certain AOS devices, progressing in the 8.5-4 Cultivation minigame would cause the game to only show a black screen or show various graphical glitches.

It has been identified that certain image effects were incompatible with the hardware settings on certain devices; we have adjusted the image effect loading settings to allow them to be more compatible. This game mode will become properly accessible after the update.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We would like to inform you in this post about the Hotfix Deployment ETA for "Kurokumo Clan Wakashu Ryoshu" issue.

However, as fixing this issue requires an internal fix, and deploying such fixes to mobile platforms(AOS, iOS) requires a submission to each respective market for review, we regret to inform you that this issue will not be addressed on the mobile platforms.

Therefore, we would like to ask our managers to refrain from using the "Kurokumo Clan Wakashu Ryoshu" unit or play on the PC version of the game until this issue is resolved.

• An issue where, in Floor 5 of MD Hard, selecting Long Battle Theme Packs won't give the ""+3 Levels"" effect

• An issue where, when viewing the story log in Stage 8.5-4, the scroll bar on the right won't show

• An issue where, in rare cases, pressing individual ""Claim Achievement"" or ""Claim All"" could cause the Error Code 76615.
