Als Aktionär hast du Stimmrecht bei Hauptversammlungen. Das ist zumindest demokratischer als bei Unternehmen, die nicht an der Börse sind.
Und wer mehr Aktien hat, hat auch mehr Stimmen. Sicherlich demokratischer als wenn Unternehmen von Einzelpersonen autokratisch geführt werden, aber auch nicht wirklich demokratisch.
