Very dank with citrus and fruit and a smooth bitterness that leaves your tongue with a sandpappery feel and a nice long lingering flavour of pine and peels

Very floral, as you can imagine. Williams Bros. never fails!

A classic English pale ale. Lovely taste with a buttery(?) finish.

Cervecera Tierra y Libertad, Costa Rica

This is very good. Lovely flavour, somehow tasting like a pilsner and a light stout at the same time.

Quite nice. Somewhat sweet pilsener from Poland.

And why is it Belgium?

I was impressed with my first visit a couple years ago.

Today, these fuckers have 9 brews in 3X ABV.

I picked 3 for Half pours: a QIPA and 2 stouts... QIPA lacks flavor, but, no burn.

Both stouts were nice. "Pennywise" hits my extremely rare rate of 5 on Untappd....57/8700..(not a mistake)...Cheers! 🍻

After several recommendations, I expected some really good stuff.

It's certainly decent. Not great.

However, the vibe is Fab.

Passing streetcars, roaming chickens on the front cobblestone street. And I love old Firehouse spots. I worked as a FF '92-'98. Continued on as a Paramedic on the ambulance service.

These folks put out fabulous beer. Traditional styles. Germans, Belgians. All Yummo. It's not hyperbole to call this place one of the best microbreweries in the World. Based on visits to over 500 breweries in 23 U.S. states and 9 countries, including Germany.
