I suggest a no leaving policy. Dont disturb or congest the polling place but find a place close by and hang out until polls close. 5-10% of voters do this we will stay vigilant of every polling station in the US.

Just don't leave.

Its obvious to me, the community was fine with it. Yes there was one annoyed dude demanding censorship.

Also, if I annoyed you by bringing up the death of my brother, good. Good.

I got to see Luigi ~~take the first shot~~ stand up to a broken system. I got to see Renee Good teach us what it means to be good. I got to see Alex Pretti rage against the machine.

These arent the only stories but they are stories of my people. They are the futures folk heros.

And thats not to say others didnt come before... Martins... and Malcoms... who knows who will be next to stand up to only get chopped down. Hopefully its all of us, resoundingly, all together, because they cant keep us all.

These are what I call defenders of the status quo. People are perfectly capable of coming to these conclusions on their own but commenters insist on leading the conversation there every time. Not only does it terminate thought, it assumes the worse. Its incredibly hard to overcome the disinformation campaigns against normal people when normal people are constantly working against themselves.

Long story short, messaging is powerful and claiming defeat at every opportunity is not good messaging.

Its been almost a year and the DNC has changed nothing.

Epstein is a great avenue of attack but it is not a message.

All of the country is sick and tired of the DNC claiming they value an equitable, fair, and prosperous society but when they are in the hot seat that all falls away. Im not saying the DNC isn't better then the puddle of raw sewage that identifies as the GOP but let's be SERIOUS.

Liberals value equity and fairness. Liberal voters value equity and fairness. Leftys value equity and fairness.

The DNC needs to value power and maintaining power and they need to be open about it. Get it out there that you want the donor money. You want the two party system. You want gerrymandering. You want to take the power from the oppressor and what?? And what??? Why do we give it to you?

To be a plurality? Or maybe. Just maybe. You can look at the systems failure and say, "we are innovators", "we are leaders", "we are experts", and "we will address ever last part of this broken system until its broken no more." "We will be measured. We will be compassionate. We will earn this power."

Otherwise, its all just lip.
