Yes, I want my fellow Americans to have healthcare. If you can’t say you want the working class in your country to have a better life then you have no business engaging with people or trying to organize / agitate.
Yes, you can "want healthcare", but you also should prioritise (or at least view as equally important) the welfare of people outside the USA. There's a categorical difference between American/Global North leftists and the (past and present) revolutionaries in AES nations and/or the Global South, in that you guys live in the imperial core, and your hypothetical "free healthcare"/"better life" will inevitably come from super-exploitation of the Global South. So yes, just like you guys, Lenin/Mao/Castro/Ho Chi Minh/etc., "wanted the working class in their country to have a better life". But unlike the USA, the economies of their countries weren't structurally dependent on siphoning massive amounts of labour/capital/natural resources from other nations. That's the key difference.
He’s saying he doesn’t like some things about him and supports others things. Nothing like a wholesale “support” or endorsement.
I really do think it's very suspicious that he's an unrepentant imperialist soldier/mercenary. But then, I heard that at a time while he was still happily working as government-employed brown people killer he once roleplayed as an edgy leftist on a semi-anonymous internet forum, and then later deleted his posts once he decided to run for public office. Hearing that "kinda made me feel like he might be a pretty good dude^TM^!"
it feels like Hexbear is getting too leftcom even for me.
Platner is not Stalin, and I'm not Bordiga. Platner is not part of a workers' party/labour organisation, let alone a vanguard party, and I'm not "wrecking" his revolutionary communist movement. Any reasonably informed materialist analysis should include consideration that Platner is openly a member of a bourgeois-controlled Democratic party, who's promoting himself to the American audience as a "communist" of said bourgeois party (possibly because he thinks being as perceived as being further on the left differentiates/gives him an edge against his Democratic party competition?), whose various policy pledges on his own campaign webpage signal that he wants the American empire and military to be a more efficiently-run world-killing machine (see especially "Take on waste and corruption at the Pentagon; rebuild American shipbuilding", and "No more pointless wars").
he said that the multiple Blackwater tours is probably too much even for him.
Hasan doesn’t really “support” him per se.
then why did Hasan tell/let his youtube editors post this stream highlight?
indicative of a desire on the part of Americans to want better things for ourselves and each other.
waow, yankee imperialists "want better things" for themselves and their fellow yankees.
Yeah I was excited to vote for an unrepentant imperialist, but an unrepentant imperialist who went into the PRIVATE SECTOR???
Huh now that you mention it, I didn't notice that the logo is reversed, but it makes perfect sense because it's supposed to be on the top side of the parachute. GOAT level of artistic vision and detail.
Sorry, if it's not the comparison of zionism to nazism, then what are the problematic elements that you're concerned about? The wojak? The AC/DC logo?
Thesis: Marx would have been pleased to be offered a Labubu because of his favourite maxim being "Nothing human is alien to me", and thus would have been intensely facinated by this strange garden-elf statuette.
Antithesis: Marx would get annoyed at the Labubu because of his favourite motto being "Doubt everything", and go on a rant about cuteness culture being a form of commodity fetishism/false consciousness/etc. obscuring the human suffering necessary for mass production of meaningless baubles.
Synthesis: Marx would thank the person offering him the Labubu, and later give it to Jenny to sell at the pawnshop, so that he can buy back his pants.

[This desertion crisis] comes as the U.S. urges Ukraine to draft more troops, and allow for the conscription of those as young as 18.
The US suggests implementation of vigorous structural adjustments programs in Ukraine to unlock yet-untapped youthful innovation and dynamism in the latter's thriving meat-processing industry.

Actually, the book referenced by this particular wikipedia screenshot is Children of Men, not Prisoner of Azkaban. Cuaron's got interviews where he says that he did read the Harry Potter books before directing Azkaban and found them to be quite charming.
But yeah, Children of Men fuckin' SLAPS. The whole film is basically a perfect distillation of Gramsci's "pessimism of the intellect, optimism of the will" into a tight action thriller. The temporary ceasefire scene makes me tear up everytime.
