Sometimes you need to unplug and replug the phone into the adapter to get a higher resolution.

[–] Welp_im_damned 2 points 1 week ago

I'm on the qpr2 beta and the max resolution seems to be 1080P for desktop mode right now and I am running the pixel 9 pro

Sorry for the late reply but yeah I am able to block elements on edge still. I went on https://www.sonyalpharumors.com/ which I think is a relatively obscure site? I don't think I ever used static filter rules so I cant comment on that.

Huh I'm using unlock origin on edge which also uses manifest v3 now I think? I haven't seen any performance hits or more ads

[–] Welp_im_damned 1 points 2 weeks ago (5 children)

It did work tho? I was able to install ubock origin and it worked fine

What's interesting is that Google is developing a special version of chrome on Android that supports extensions

I loved using battery share but with how Google has gimped it on the 9 series (not allowed to use it when the phone is charging) and then killing it on the 10 is such a terrible way to go out. I hope they bring back battery share to later models.

Yeah look at Lemmy outside of my instance and I really do wonder if these people are adults.

[–] Welp_im_damned 2 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Thanks for the list!

Where you the one that also made a list of good paid/ported games?

[–] Welp_im_damned 1 points 5 months ago

You're thinking of Motorola Atrix.

Dex is still a thing, and one UI 8 version of dex is being built upon this version of android desktop.

So, I was lurking using sync for Lemmy and I came upon this post.

What happened to the development with these apps? I'm not that active on lemdro.id or other instances. But apps like Sync and Boost have been updated in a year or 6 months respectively. With Boost I'm not surprised Mayo tends to be slow. I was more shocked with sync. My question is do you guys have any recommendations for other Lemmy clients?

Edit Please do not harass the devs.

Edit 2: I'm testing out thunderbird.

So you have a 50/50 chance of your battery being crippled depending on what vendor the battery came from.

I know this isn't Android per se. But Google has now opened up Pebble OS. And it seems like there will be a pebble revival. I just want a pebble time round 2.

So I'm going to do something different for this mega thread. The OnePlus 13 already launched in China and some reviewers already made review/content about it. I will also post those as well here, but I will organize them based on what those videos are. I will also denote the video pre global launch.

As usual, if you guys find any videos that I miss, please let me know and I'll put them in the thread. Thanks!
