Which is the rank he held at the end of DS9, I believe.

I would like to think he made captain, but we didn't see it.

What do the rules of professional conduct say about a client who repeatedly and aggressively ignores the law and the orders of the court?

Not being sarcastic here, I'm honestly curious. The lawyer can't control the client, so what do?

I don’t think there’s any difference between bought digital and physical media.

Really? I don't recall Amazon ever cooking into my house and taking my books back from me.

Past the JemHadar Commandant, and Nog's name on the wall, you mean?

We have no guidance or direction on what we need to do,

Wrong. You have plenty of guidance. It's called "the law" and you went to school to learn how to understand it. If your people get instructions to violate the law, the instructions are invalid.

This is not complicated.

I think is milenials are still good. For a few more years. Also, we are the only generation that can save files, and know where they went.

But more youngsters would be nice.

The most powerful WW1 battleship ever deployed in WW2.

Damn. Arresting journalists is bad enough, but saying publicly that you are targeting them is a sure way to get the cases thrown out, and improve their media presence.

The sooner the better.

Twice in three days.

Are we tired of winning yet?

President Miller, you mean?

You know you can get sued without actually doing anything wrong, don't you?

I think they have a legitimate concern, and a few protections to keep them from having to go to court (again) every time they write someone a ticket might be in order.

But that shouldn't be enough to override the need to hold police accountable for their actions.

Naked Prisoners (startrek.website)

Is there an easier way to get clothing for a prisoner than drafting a pawn and having them strip in the cell before walking naked back to the cloths storage?

Has anyone here participated in the Fairborn Community Gardens in the past? I'm trying to get an idea of what the "normal" approach is, and what the general expectations are.

New to this whole Lemmy platform, but I'm liking it.

One problem I'm having is auto-play videos when I open some discussions. Not in the comments, but the post itself starts playing.

I'll skip my usual rant about what I think should be done to whoever decided to make that a feature, and just ask how to turn it off. I have "auto expand media" unchecked in my lemmy settings.

I appreciate any advice.
