Artifact was 100% good. I’ve played MTG at a competitive level and artifact had some really interesting ideas and gorgeous art/lore. I genuinely think it didn't deserve to flop. Games were just a tad too long and exhausting, so it got tiring to play quickly
This is an absolutely wild take to the point where I just assume you're trolling to upset G*mers in which case it’s hilarious and based
In swedish we say “jänkare” as a derogatory term, you don’t have anything similar?
Swedish is exactly the same for the examples you brought upp, but we share a lot with german so its checks out i guess..
Sweden definitely celebrates it as labor day, lots of marches and stuff
Do you have any sources for these? And is there any data on how the working conditions are in terms of safety, stress, etc? I’d love to have this post as something i can show libs, but as it is it’ll just be handwaved away :c
Rust is awesome though (and it also manages to be the singular language with a fairly friendly non-chud community)
Friendly reminder that dota 2 has amazing native linux support and valve is recently taking direct actions against cheaters and smurfs without resorting to intrusive anti-cheats cccc:
Yeah more or less. It's used like cracker but for white swedes and it's really funny (disclaimer I'm a svenne)
I think it's worth trying an "if if not for you, do it for me" angle. Her getting burned out doesn't just hurt herself, it also hurts you (and others close to her). Just like the two of you probably have boundaries in your relationship related to giving each other space and so on, she needs to set boundaries in her relationship with her work.
From your description it sounds like she might be neurodivergent which I understand can make it trickier to "just stop doing bad thing lmao". Once you're in that place mentally it can also be hard to really see the damage you are doing to yourself. It might be easier for her to see the value in being a little "selfish" (as in not vending over backwards for her employer) if it is framed as a way to make someone she cares about (you) happier.
Of course I don't know the specifics of your relationship or her as a person, this is just my take. Much love, comrade!
This is a great take i think, never thought of it that way before
Why does he look like evil Dave Grohl here
