I do the same and I have actually used a lot of them again because I always forget that I actually wanted to buy some screws in different sizes, so I just make due with whatever I have at home since the urge to do stuff usually hits at 2 am, when you can't buy screws like right now.

Apparently that is because the colours are very similar to the trans flag colors. At least that's what I have been told by a trans person when I asked them about it.
Ahhh, I have actually done this when going through the pipeline would have taken way longer and it was really critical and only a very small fix. Not really too proud of it, but it worked. 😅
