Yeah. I've been saying for years private schools should not be allowed. We're all in this together.
Yeah its very problematic. In addition those private schools usually have scholorships which allow them to grab high level students who might be a good peer at the public institution. This gets problematic with home schooling as you can argue against that similarly somewhat but it feels there should be an option for parents to opt out of the system.
I agree with this, but it's never going to happen in developed countries without a societal collapse. The affluent love their private schools, even China has them.
Students don't vote. Why cater to a population that won't keep you in office.
I can imagine adding some more taxes to private education tuition, direct the money to public education. Won't end it but it will help.
