It appears that since v2.49.1 the Android status bar is no longer visible on my phone.

Android 14 Nokia X20

If anyone else is seeing this, I'll open a bug report on GitHub.

Edit: I've now created an issue on GitHub.

Oh! That's what looks weird. Looks like it's just in Dark mode? I still see the bar but in Dark mode it's near black on black.

That's very interesting and helpful. In light mode it's normal.

Edit: And if you toggle Dark mode, it stays readable, but the navigation buttons go white until you open the keyboard.

Edit: Hmm the toggle fix only worked once and navigation stays white on white.
