What kind of fucking dipshit employer would think that overheated, dehydrated workers would perform better by any measure?

How much does it cost you every time an employee passes out from heat exhaustion and work stops while they call an ambulance?

What's the indirect cost of employees learning that they should never give more than 50% because they never know how long before they get a break or some water?
