Only in the great land of America baby! But seriously this could have been prevented if you just don't have guns lying around your house when you have kids around? Or at the very least have them unloaded or smth. Hope the parents learn the lesson and can move on.

Witnesses were seen saying "this was completely unavoidable" and "could happen anywhere" in the only country where this regularly happens.
