Hakeem Jeffries can fuck off. It's been clear since day 1 of trump 2.0 that he's a fucking hack, and here we are.
Why wasn't he primaried, New York?
DSA member Chi Osse wanted to challenge Jeffries, but the DSA narrowly dropped him because Zohran Mamdani told DSA not to primary Jeffries.
So you can thank Zohran Mamadani for this.
Instead, Jeffries argued Democrats should focus on making healthcare more affordable by reversing Republican-enacted Medicaid cuts and extending Affordable Care Act tax credits that he said have helped millions of Americans manage insurance costs.
So basically he's saying that now that Republicans hamstringed our healthcare, we should change our goals and just go back to how things were??? I feel like this is the most obvious it has ever been that establishment dems are NOT on our (the people's) side.

You gotta do both at the same time or you won't get rid of either of them. If they act as a unified bloc we should treat them as such.
In one fell swoop? We don't have that choice, and even if we did, the numbers aren't there. If it is a decision between a Republican and a centrist Democrat, I'll take the centrist no contest. You have to vote for social democrats in the primaries first. In general elections, I just vote against Republicans.

Seeing as he isn’t up for reelection until 28, if we are able to secure House in mid-terms — he shouldn’t even be Speaker. We need someone backing these agendas and not stalling our needs.
