Important update

It has come to my attention that it does not actually function. Why would they use misleading photos πŸ₯Ί

I'd only be interested if it actually works and could be used to sand tiny things.

There was a mini Miluakee tape measure keychain I got at a checkout for my wife. It's super helpful though, it was great for measuring furniture at stores. Goes out to 6 feet or something.

That's what I put in the vestigial pocket watch pocket of my jeans, perfect size

[–] yuri@pawb.social 2 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

you can tell it’s vestigial bc on modern jeans it’s sometimes too small for a pocket watch

source: i carry a pocket watch sometimes and get angry when it doesn’t fit in my fifth pocket

Y'all are doing it wrong, that's the drug pocket.

I have one too

Was going to say, don't bring the Miluakee 6' tape into this. That thing is just useful, Stanley makes a nice keychain tape measure too.

There are gacha capsule machines in Japan with miniature models of all sorts of branded goods, from obvious ones like cars and sneakers to hi-fi systems, musical instruments, network switches, power tools and more, all modelled and manufactured to a higher quality than the capsule-machine toys sold to kids in western countries. Some people do like spending a few hundred yen (i.e. a few dollars) to collect small models of things.

They sell them in north america too, but not in fun vending machines

If you put these in a machine with yellow, red, and blue versions of the tools it would make decent money. especially if red was the rarest color.

Now you are thinking with capitalism

Labubus for dads.
