Hi everyone!

I'm looking to join an established Minecraft server as a Co-Owner. I'm interested in helping grow a server long-term and becoming a dedicated part of its leadership team.

What I can bring:

Server management and organization Staff management and recruitment Community engagement and player support Event planning Discord setup and management Website creation and maintenance Graphic design (logos, banners, thumbnails, etc.) Content creation and promotion Helping grow the player base Experience with plugins, server setup, and administration

I'm looking for a server that's serious about growing and where the owner wants a reliable partner, not just another staff member. I'd prefer a server that's already running or close to launch.

If you're interested, please comment or send me a DM with:

Server name Current player count Version What stage the server is at What you'd expect from a Co-Owner Your Discord username

I'm happy to answer any questions and discuss whether we'd be a good fit.

If you’re still looking, your focus on long-term growth, community, events, web work, and recruitment sounds unusually aligned. Upfront: Neviroth is a private Minecraft Java alpha, not an established populated server or a conventional co-owner opening. Its founders can shape progression, start kingdoms, name places, and build the world’s first history. If helping form that early culture interests you, applications are manually reviewed: https://neviroth.net/community/alpha/apply?src=lemmy_intent&campaign=alpha-social&ref=ac2b39415bf2&content=leadership-request

Genuine question: why do you want to be a Co-owner and not just start a server?

It seems you're aware of what goes into it normally. Except technical aspects. Is that all?

I understand technical aspects, I dont have money to host it and I cant do things 24/7

host it yourself and take care of it when you can. that's how a lot of them start.

focus on finding the first few people to play with.
