Also this is "fear" of crime, which is different and often entirely separate from crime rates. Also it shows that fear of crime dropped as a priority during the BLM and anti-cop protests. Defund the police could've been a winning issue for Democrats.

Violent crime is a very, very big problem, from the standpoint of criminality, lot's of people are saying so, it's true! But crime doesn't pay, folks, so you better watch out. These are very tough times--the toughest!--demanding extraordinary measures from our beautiful boys in blue.
