Any DJ / Electronic music communities? (allevents-blog.s3.amazonaws.com)
submitted 1 year ago by 933k to c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml

One thing I’ve really missed since moving from that R place is the DJ and EDM subs, can anyone recommend any communities on Lemmy?

I followed these subs on the other place

r/DJ r/beatmatch r/dnb r/housemusic r/proghouse r/techno

Thanks in advance

Nice one :)

Hi there! Looks like you linked to a Lemmy community using an URL instead of its name, which doesn't work well for people on different instances. Try fixing it like this: !dubstep@lemmy.ml

necro on the thread, but add

!progmusic@lemm.ee (which sometimes has electronica)
!progressivehouse@lemmy.world
!spacemusic@lemmy.ca (disclaimer - I run that one)

Found this looking for a beatmatch or dj community. Did you have any luck finding any?

Beatmatch specifically was great as it wasn't as gate keepy in my experience.

No many DJ communities yet only found this one
