i saw a gaggle of them at breakfast earlier today too and i'm glad that they feel comfortable enough to wear their hats since it makes it easy to identify who you should avoid interacting with.

They’re wearing the red caps so no-one suspects there’s a secret abortion clinic under the table.

Alfred Hitchcock explaining the difference between surprise and suspense (in Minecraft).

They're all going to be so surprised and wonder why nobody protected them.

Nobody protected them from what? I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re the kids of petit bourgeois parents who sowed Trump’s campaign and will reap the rewards through deregulations, tax breaks, and immigrant labor exploitation. These look like failchildren who will have every advantage at others’ expense.

What's the difference?

It's the female equivalent of driving a Cybertruck. It's kind of them to signal they're worth avoiding.

Judging from the sheer number of American flags in that restaurant, probably not.

The number of 🇺🇸 on rural & suburban residences is too damn high. The levels of background jingoism can’t be exaggerated.

The owners and the workers are different people.

[–] growsomethinggood@reddthat.com 3 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Fair point! Given the crowd that the decor is advertising though, anyone left-of-center working there has gotta be dehydrated like a wrestler before weigh-in 😂

Oh sure, I imagine it's most of them.
