Are you tired of clickbait and the current state of journalism? This community is meant to remind you that excellent journalism still happens. While not sticking to a specific topic, the focus will be on high-quality articles and discussion around their topics.

Politics is allowed, but should not be the main focus of the community.

In the US, we just call it "bread." You have to go to an entire different section of the grocery store to find something approaching good.

Most times you have to go to a completely different store to get good bread. We go to our local farmers market and get homemade sourdough bread and this great local bakery for fancier bread.

Or make it yourself. Factory bread is awful relative to actual good bread.
