What vision? It’s a wrist watch (with extras), so it should look like one.

For the record: I hate wrist watches.

Are you complaining about the hardware or the face?

Whats the point of changing the hardware? It’s a simple, shape, already comes in multiple sizes and has the number of buttons that fit.
Why complain about the face? Use a different one and now your Apple Watch has more design variety than a couple of dumb watches
