under normal circumstances, not really
if the bank report it as fraud though, you could be arrested on arrival
whether they bother to try that is doubtful over such a relatively small amount of money though

140,000 will absolutely get reported as fraud by all major agencies. That is a comical amount of credit card debt.

5,000 is small, 140,000 is instant felony warrant.
