Democrats are owned by the same oligarchs that own the Republicans.
It's the inevitable end result. It's pretty hard to compete with money. They just keep buying your leaders.
Its the inevitable end result of a two party system to become like this. There is no mechanism to replace a party in the us, no 3rd options. Having just two and no way to boot ether to the curb without becoming a single party state means that interests can just buy both sides, and the people in both camps win more if they take more from those interests making a nasty feedback loop.
