Usually I am sympathetic towards people losing their jobs. However, that goes out the window when their government is hostile and I am watching family struggle due to the trade war.

But by your own definition of bigotry there’s none of that to be found in this thread. Sure, you could construe an intolerance of people from the US (even though it’s more like intolerance of their many years of harmful bullshit) but there’s absolutely no partiality toward any group. It’s purely frustration at the US and many of its citizens’ stubborn unwillingness to own up to the countless problems their country has caused across generations, let alone right now.

I'm intolerant of the US in the same way someone might be lactose intolerant. When you find out, it doesn't mean you immediately hate all dairy, you just have to start considering what items are worth the consequences.

Ps is it "many years of harmful bullshit" that are going to be homeless because they lost their job? You all cannot defend this shit and you know what you are, you just think it's justified because others are worse

The holier-than-thou mentality really doesn’t hold up to any standard of practicality when it comes to relations between countries. No doubt people are struggling in the US, yet purely because of the fact that there are more people living outside of the US as opposed to within its territories, you better believe I’m going to be grateful when non-US folk are doing better than US ones, especially since it’s in spite of everything the latter has done.

Plus a little schadenfraude for all the problems we’ve overcome and even improved ourselves through after the US sent them our way, it’s good for morale after all.

It's laughable how thin of a justification people need for being objectively shitty humans. You're blocked.

Using “objectively” and “shitty” one after the other is an interesting choice considering how morality is inherently subjective but I’m happy if you’re happy I guess
