Apple devices rotate WiFi and Bluetooth MAC addresses for security, I assume Google devices do the same.

I'm taking about them reporting what's around. Having that kind of information you can easily track who visited specific location at specific time.

What value would there be in reporting what’s around if what’s around is all disposable, ephemeral, rotating addresses?
