That's part of my frustration actually - I can't find a useful manual for this thing. Just marketing materials, basic setup guides, and specs of what comes with it. The Terramaster site says that it is only compatible with RAM that they sell, but I assume that is just because they want you to buy their stuff.
No beep on any of the 32gb sticks I've tried. When booting with the 8GB stick it comes with, I get one beep.
