with a group of people that has a bias towards a certain delusion, and/or high acceptance of directly scientifically contradictory beliefs, you can get a bubble and affirm themselves out of reality in the same way. i also wouldn't suggest banning groups of people, but i believe with groups or with LLMs, a good grounding in both scientific thinking is the best way to keep 'stable' away from delusion.
