Screaming obscenities at the AI customer service rep will get it to transfer you to a real person much faster than being polite to it will

Telling it you're gonna kill yourself because its help was so bad also works! (at last with broadcom's AI, which is really annoying)

Gaslight it into thinking it already agreed to lower your bill. At the very least you'll short circuit it into passing your call to real person.
