You know, while there are places you don't want to get lost in if you're white, they aren't as common as the racists make it out to be. Now, I've worked in a couple of those neighborhoods, but even then once the folks literally coming out of bushes knew I was there to provide care to someone, that was the end of it.
Being real, my cracker ass grew up in a black neighborhood. You know how many times I got jumped by black folks? Zero. Wanna guess how many times I did by white folks? Well, only three, twice by the same assholes, but that's still telling, aint it?
My personal experience? Only time you'll run into trouble for being a cracker is if its a heavy drug area and you ain't buying. But those folks will be just as harsh to anyone, so I dunno if that counts or not.

All human on human violence is intraracial. That is because human genetic variation does not support the division into different races.

They're making a point about how race is a human construct created to separate humans for the purpose of power. The idea of race didn't exist until the 1750's or so when Linneaus categorized people based on geographic location and racist stereotypes.
Right, go tell that to Herodotus when he was talking about various other races of peoples and how barbaric they were compared to the Greeks, in 425BCE.
Or just keep making up shit that race is a modern European white man only thing. Don't let the the rest of history and the other cultures of the world inconveniently disprove your stupidly modern euro centric view of the world.

By saying intra instead of inter, you're suggesting it's within the races, instead of between (different) races. I choose to believe this was intentional and witty
It aligns with the context and their post history suggests they know how to use words. There is nothing bad with explaining rhetorics, but doing it like this comes through as belittling.

Given that the races aren't homogenously mixed, there is no way that it wouldn't be true that most violence is intra rather than inter just by sheer proximity. These are just the correct words to use.
