Up to the admins'/mods' discretion I suppose. If they see it as ban evading they might ban you from engaging from their communities or instances on the 2nd account as well. But each instance has their own admins so as long as the admins of that one don't ban you, you'd be able to engage with the rest of lemmy
Kind of the idea of lemmy, really, is that you can't be "censored" as such since you can always join or create your own instance, and continue using it
