That's an excellent point and a worthy topic of discussion. But it's a little extraneous to this one, and can come off as some whataboutism if discussed here. Keep that thought, and let's talk about it if we can get a template from this that can then be applied to them.
Sure thing, if Cuba and Venezuela disavows China and cuts off all military ties to them then I'm willing to agree to reconstruction terms and favorable trades. Let's do that.
Likewise, I would fully support free US subsidized food aid, healthcare, and education for the Iranians if and when the IRGC is permanently removed from power and all Russian and Chinese assets are disposed of.
