For photos of beautiful, still-inhabited locales! It can be a quick snapshot of your local town, a breathtaking pro photo of a city, or a pic of some fascinating piece of modern life.
The only real rule is that it must be an actively inhabited/used location (ie not ruins or natural locales). Otherwise, go wild. Anything that you find beautiful or interesting!

I think this is an interesting shot, and if you go look at my full photo stream (flickr.com/photos/pwnicholson) you'll see a lot of photos from around the city.
Also, there are lots of generic pictures of the skyline. Didn't think I'd need to take yet another.
This is my style. I understand it's not yours. Thanks.
Just jokes, I know that wasn't good feedback, sorry. It's just so linear and nearly abstract that it could be anywhere! Can I ask what interested you about the shot? Maybe throw us a rope and hopefully we'll see what you saw. I'd like that, if you're up for it.
Contrasting colors. Grid lines meeting. The appearance that the buildings touch (they don't).
If you have to explain art, it's kinda lost.
It's supposed to be abstract.
I'm just trying to contribute to the community that is otherwise only being posted to by someone posting pictures that aren't even theirs.
You don't have to highroad me, go make fun of my art. I'll laugh at it with you, I suck! I don't usually go for abstracts though, you've got me there. I like this one best (https://flickr.com/photos/pwnicholson/55268933454/), it has the same mood of Hopper's Nighthawks.
Anyway... I spent most of my life in Seattle, and I sometimes really miss it. Art being the study of choice, I might have looked at those exact buildings three hundred times and never once had the urge to take a picture, so I was intrigued (at first more bemused) by the thinking behind your photo.
