Sounds great, I always thought NY had to up their game a little bit. I'm sure all those trees shed a lot of leaves in autumn too, what a nuisance

And think about the pollen! And the insects! As well as the other nasty animals living there... A data center solves all the problems! Also: free heating during winter! All the area surrounding it will be enjoying a comfortable temperature during winter! No more subzero temps in January!
