$4 / gallon was our normal low price in California.

Whats that crazy place in Menlo Park at now?
Menlo Park? Current gas prices ranging from $5.44 to $7.10/gallon
There was a gas station, I believe near downtown Menlo Park, that always had absurdly high gas prices. Used to see it posted all the time in r/bayarea, but I don't go to that site anymore.
It's probably the one currently at $7.30/gallon. And in that area there are probably plenty of people who earn so much that they don't even pay attention to prices.
