i'd agree with you, but a very important feature of those is that we don't tell anyone but the people who need its services where it is. like, i was ran some homeless shelters. two of them were for abused women and children. I still haven't got a clue where they are. only people in the organization who knew were people who needed to know and i was not one of them.

I learned that the US has anti-drone lasers but instead of sending them where they're needed like Ukraine and Kuwait, they send them to... Arizona... to hunt birthday balloons...
