Not a bad speech, and ICE agents trying to intimidate observing Chicago PD officers is gonna be a lot harder than civilians, but isn't it ridiculously hard to strip qualified immunity?

Better yet, if an ICE agent is breaking into a home without a warrant, just shoot them. Without operating legally, they're just armed gang members breaking into homes. It's perfectly justified just to shoot them.
