"Sweeper" or "grinder?" It kinda doesn't look like it's actually removing anything.
Okay, so via it's magnificent rubber whirlagig device, it hydrates little bits of trash, takes them on a short ferris-wheel ride, then drops them back off about 1'1/2 feet ahead of their original position.
Ain't technology grand..?
