AKA "keep them paying the lazy tax" meeting. Charm will be required, but I would counsel against making any promises that your firm can't keep. Being realistic about such things is often well received by clients in my experience.

Great advice. These guys have no project manager and so often, it's a absolute shit show.

We'll see how this plays out.
