Almost got 4 ball juggle down! Okay, but genuinely it's been very hard for me to film lately. And I've filmed a lot of content that I just was not happy about and have a lot of scrapped videos from the past week and a half. Been really working on implementing clown into teaching but I'm just not liking how I'm setting up to film and the end result. And of course lots going on in the world, lots going on in my world, and it's been very difficult to focus and follow through. Taking an hour or so out of my day to juggle is one of the few things that's keeping me sane! I'm also still dealing a lot with feeling like I'm not contributing enough. I feel immense guilt and dissatisfaction if I post anything that's not educational. When I post online I want to contribute to something better. I want to be helping. I don't want to be a personality, I don't want to add to things that are hindering society like reliance on social media or something that increases parasocial habits. Balancing a healthy life and healthy content is a priority for me at the moment. However I have a tendency to scrap, step away, and isolate when things start to feel too much. So here's.... Something 🤹🏻‍♀️

Video surfaced Friday showing former Bolivian Senator Simona Quispe of the Movement for Socialism party being shoved into a white van by unidentified men in what Quispe’s daughter is calling an illegal kidnapping. “I want to report the unlawful arrest of my mother. We were in Parque de las Cholas when some men in civilian clothes appeared; I imagine they were police officers. They grabbed her without any regard for the fact that she is a woman,” Quispe’s daughter told radio station RKC. "There’s no arrest warrant, no complaint, no notification. I hold the government responsible.” Quispe's kidnapping comes amid widespread protests and road barricades demanding the resignation of President Rodrigo Paz, who is backed by the Trump administration. On Thursday the US State Department announced it is "ramping up emergency assistance and logistics operations support in Bolivia."

“They signed a ceasefire with Hamas, not with children in tents that they continue to burn alive.” Journalist Jeremy Scahill, co-founder of Drop Site News, has highlighted how Israel uses bogus ceasefire agreements as cover while it continues to slaughter civilians on a near-daily basis. It’s something Iran’s government is all too aware of as it deals with the US and Israel, he told Sky News. In the early hours of Thursday morning local time, Israel bombed residential buildings in Gaza City, killing at least nine as an entire sleeping family of five was burned to death, Drop Site reported. There have been numerous cases of Israel burning civilians to death. In December last year a family of three, including two children, burned to death in their tent in the al-Mawasi displacement camp in southern Gaza.

Reform is “hoodwinking” working class people – and “exploiting” the death of Henry Nowak. After protests broke out at the site of Nowak’s killing in Southampton, Nigel Farage told parliament it was “just the beginning”. On Novara Live, Barry Malone explains that Reform has made a “pawn” of Nowak, whose family have asked for his death not be used to create further division. “They’re not only exploiting the murder, they’re not only ignoring the family – but they’re exploiting the people who went out on protest,” says Barry.

Mass protests were seen in Keralam Thursday against the Union government’s fuel price hikes, led by the Communist Party of India (Marxist). A CPI(M) protestor talked to BT and slammed Trump and Netanyahu for starting the war on Iran which has led to the fuel crisis. The protests were organized in front of Union government offices and other locations across Keralam. CPI(M) Keralam stated on X: “Fuel prices in the country have been rising steeply. Between May 15 and May 25 alone, petrol and diesel prices were increased four times in just eleven days, resulting in a cumulative hike of ₹7.50 per litre. When international crude oil prices fell, the Union government sharply raised fuel taxes to ensure that the benefit did not reach the people. It adopted the cruel position that reductions in global oil prices should not translate into relief for ordinary citizens. Now, using the increase in crude oil prices as a pretext, the Modi government is once again attempting to impose additional burdens on the public.“

“We’re going to terrorise you. We’re going to intimidate you.” This is the message that the Home Office is trying to send to opponents of Israel’s genocide in the UK, commentator Cenk Uygur told @NoJusticeMTG on Novara Live. The host of The Young Turks said the recent decision to ban him from entering the UK was less about preventing British people from hearing his views than discouraging others from speaking out. Prominent Twitch streamer Hasan Piker was also banned from entering the UK due to his staunch criticisms of Israel.

At least four people were killed and 127 injured when Israel bombed the Jabal Amel Hospital in Tyre, Lebanon on Monday. The attack, the latest act of aggression against Lebanon’s healthcare sector, came as Israeli national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir said Israel must “flatten… and completely destroy” Lebanon’s suburbs. The World Health Organization said on Tuesday that it had verified almost 190 attacks on healthcare in the country, “which have killed 128 healthcare workers and injured 332 others. The past week alone has seen 11 attacks.” Tyre is among the worst-hit regions, with two out of three hospitals badly damaged and a third overwhelmed by an influx of injured patients.
