Meta-analyses have revealed negative correlations between cognitive ability and social conservatism or authoritarianism, suggesting that individuals with lower cognitive abilities may be more likely to adopt socially conservative stances.

Well there is that at least..

This suggests that individuals with higher cognitive abilities may be slightly more likely to hold conservative economic views. However, this correlation is weak and indicates that cognitive ability is just one of many factors influencing political ideology.

Weak correlation between higher cognitive ability correlating with more conservative economic view

Conclusion: The researchers concluded that multiple causal mechanisms with countervailing effects might explain the low overall association between cognitive ability and economic political attitudes

Duh..not exactly accurate title?

As much as i like shitting on republicans, if you link sources they should at least back it up??

From the FAQ

Will the Jolla Phone work outside Europe, can I use it e.g. in the U.S.? Will the Jolla Phone work outside Europe, can I use it e.g. in the U.S.?

Yes, we will design the cellular band configuration to enable global travelling as much as possible, including e.g. roaming in the U.S. carrier networks.

Edit: Wrong reply, wanted to add that to the comment about US "goofy bands"

I haven't read the article tbh, i just clearly understand where the desire for it comes from. Also, what you describe seems to fit well for what "weird people who like shifting" want?

I was just surprised how many comments here were very much against even the idea of having to shift again

I would love this. I hate driving in general because traffic fucking sucks, but if i do have to drive, let me have an engaging experience. Shitfing is the only fun thing about driving

Clearly not for the typical "i commute a bazillion hours every day" people kind of feature.

Fucking great...because that absolutely prevents bad actors and not at all at the cost of your average person. Like people who oppose this whole war bullshit and are just trying to live their fucking live, while still trying to somewhat keep in touch with friends and family. Sucks to be born with the "wrong" nationality

You absolutely do not need to "dress to impress" wtf
