Any minecraft map can be run as a server, but there isn't one linked in the projects page https://uncensoredlibrary.com/en. To get around internet censorship the the project is designed for "sneaker-net" delivery so the main way to access it is the downloaded file.

Yeah, although I don't know about puncturing the battery so much as destroying the rest of the stuff under there. The battery is armored and isn't supposed to catch fire because of its chemistry. I drive it on paved roads and really compacted dirt roads but definitely avoid potholes and sand. The Atto 3 has higher clearance but it wasn't available when I bought my car and is still RWD now AWD which is a bummer.

Depends on what you mean by rough terrain. My country has a lot of unpaved roads and it works on them just fine but I wouldn't go off-roading it it. It is also pretty much always sunny and doesn't rain a lot here so the dirt roads stay in ok condition.
