When I was in college, libreoffice calc was a good enough Excel alternative to get me through finance, accounting, statistics and business science. I graduated in 2020 to give you some perspective. I play a lot of older AAA games and piracy has been a life saver. I tried playing Assassin’s Creed 4 with a legit steam copy and couldn’t even play offline because of the stupid Ubisoft launcher. With a pirated copy, you skip the launcher and get a better experience than a paying customer. Just stick to reputable groups like fitgirl and you’re fine

The newest car I’ve ever owned (and currently own) is a 2007 model. Not gonna lie, with all the BS getting loaded into cars nowadays I think I’ll keep it that way. Stuff like this is why I never buy new games. Not only can you not trust the critics, but players get so blinded by hype and buyers remorse that they’ll ignore everything bad about the games they love.

It’s always wiser to wait for the hype to die down and see what the retrospective consensus is
